I am reading Central Station by Lavie Tidhar. A cyber punk novel set at a space port in Tel Aviv, Israel. I absolutely adore it, but I am admittedly a yuuuge fan of Tidhar to the point where I think he is the greatest fantasy/sci-fi writer alive today.
Just finished "Sleeping in the ground" by Peter Robinson, latest installment of his DCI Banks series. For anyone wanting to read this, DO NOT read the blurb on the back! It gives the whole plot away...

I bought the new Trump book, Fire and Fury. Probably didn't need to because everyone has been talking about it, but still curious. Also, Trump tried to prevent it from getting published by issuing a cease and desist letter, so I decided that it was my civic duty to buy and read it.

Lol are you me?! I stopped Balzac for this shit! Cousin Pons is not as fascinating like Cousin Bette but I do enjoy it. However, as you said, it felt a civic duty & while I do skirt my jury duty every chance I get, I answered the call this time!
